Returns

How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized, custom-made, or special order items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or hygiene-related products).
- Items that have been opened or used (unless defective or damaged).
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please note, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund for certain products (if applicable).
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 7 days) with photos of the damage or defect.
- In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item at no extra charge, depending on availability.
Late Returns
- Returns made after 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.
