Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Any returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. You may be asked to provide photos or other documentation to verify the condition of the item.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or special order items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or hygiene-related products).
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective or damaged).

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund for certain products (if applicable).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 7 days) with photos of the damage or defect.
  • In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item at no extra charge, depending on availability.

Late Returns

  • Returns made after 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and meets the return policy criteria.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or damage not related to the shipping process.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
